About
Timberworks is an incremental automation game where the player starts alone with a big dream: to build a great factory.
To achieve this, go on multiple expeditions to collect wood, sell it, and buy new upgrades, as well as new factories to process the wood.
Count on the help of various employees who will simplify and automate the entire process.
Gameplay
- Go on expeditions to collect wood;
- Sell it through caravans;
- Buy new skills, improving your character and unlocking employees or objects;
- Go on a new expedition.
What’s included?
- 1 expedition scenario.
- Several objects to unlock and build to shape the factory.
- Many skills to improve the character, the factory, and unlock employees.
Ideas for the final game
- Several different expedition scenarios, with new and larger resources.
- During expeditions, lumber camps can be purchased over time to automatically collect wood.
- Many new objects to craft new items and sell (if you have ideas, feel free to suggest them).
- New resources to collect.
- Many new skills.
- Objects to decorate the factory.
This is a prototype demo. Its purpose is to validate the idea and check if it is fun and viable, as well as to collect feedback for the project’s development.

It does seem viable, The skill tree and runs is ultra over saturated on its own but adding the factory is great. I like giving feedback on these, and want to ask for open source versions of games to start giving feedback that way? like towards a library of generic additions for the genera, not sure your take
i got a bug
if i get into the skill tree or into expedition and the cart isn't back it despawn
Hi, thank you so much for playing and reporting this bug. I'll check it out; if you have anything else to report, please let me know.
